Before You Begin
Before we dwell into the details, do know some basic definitions here:
Deep* Cleaning = Cleaning for post renovation, post tenancy, handover, move in cleaning, move out cleaning, or spring cleaning
General / Regular Cleaning = Cleaning for your place every few days, weekly or fortnightly – basically a recurring cleaning session
Custom Quotes = We would tailor a best price for you, based on your needs! To best facilitate that, kindly prepare your details such as floor area, materials to be cleaned, photos, videos or floor plans. If required, we can arrange a site survey or site visit to inspect and provide quotes too.
Sqft = Square Feet; Sqm = Square Metre;
Cleaning tools are NOT included by default for all bookings. If you require, please state in your booking form. We recommend 1 set of cleaning equipment for each helper present (even if they are not from MEIDE) in order to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services! The price of 1 set of cleaning equipment starts from S$69 upwards. Prices may vary depending on your needs and latest costs of goods globally. In order to determine the exact tools you require, and the quantity of it, speak now to our dedicated accounts manager! Regular & General Cleaning Prices
Most customers actually mean “General Maintenance Cleaning” when they want to book “Regular Cleaning”.
“Regular Cleaning” is really one of the most popular selected services under the umbrella group of “General Maintenance Cleaning”. Other possible (but less common) types of “General Maintenance Cleaning” include ad hoc cleaning, trial cleaning sessions, or “one time clean” services.

This is one of the most popular ways to estimate how much your cleaning will cost for your household or office. Get a quick and free price estimate simply by referring to our price guide sorted by the floor area below.
If you are not sure about how big your floor area is, we strongly recommend consulting a property expert, such as your estate agent. Alternatively, you can obtain a proper copy of the floor plan, or the full address with unit number, and provide it to our cleaning coordinators at MEIDE!
For commercial, warehouse or office cleaning bookings, please let us have your floor plan and photos of the existing (latest) property to assess. Please inform us if toilet cleaning is required (or not), and the layout (single cubicle, multiple cubicle, etc).
For private property or condominium, do inform us if your place has any outdoor areas eg. patio, balcony >100 sq ft; or staircases, loft designs, or lifts.
For outdoor areas <100sqft – it is included free of charge with any of your cleaning booking. If you require a specific quote, we recommend 2 hours, 1 helper. For outdoor areas that exceed 100 square feet (sqft), kindly contact us directly for a custom personalized quote!

Cleaning Package Booking
For our cleaning packages, we may be able to offer rescheduling (where appropriate and reasonable only) for changes to the booking, subject to availability. There would not be any refunds or cancellations permitted. We also allow a change of cleaner (where appropriate and reasonable) during your package, subject to availability.
All cleaning packages are charged at the regular cleaning prices. In addition, you could possibly get discounts. Refer to the details below for our offers on cleaning package discounts!
Discounts For Cleaning Packages
This is applicable* for a package of recurring cleaning sessions. In general, here are our discounts (ONLY DURING promotion periods):
- ~1-5% off for 6 sessions booked;
- ~3-10% off for 12 sessions booked;

How much do we charge for the home services?
Our lowest fees start from only $8 per hour. Our regular weekly home cleaning services are charged on average $22/hour. Our prices are always guaranteed to be the lowest. Try us to get a free quote!
What exactly is MEIDE?
We are an online platform that concentrates currently on bringing home cleaning services and babysitters and nannies to those who need it in Singapore. As of now, we only service locations in Singapore, as well as offshore islands like Sentosa, St. John’s islands, Lazarus, and so on. Of note, our babysitters and some part time helpers can attend to travel trips too and this is called our Overseas Nanny Services. They can also do housework for you!

Are you under the Household Services Scheme in Singapore?
Yes, we are listed and officially providing services under HSS. We have been doing this for years, and thus are specialists in the residential cleaning for regular clients. Some take up our cleaning sessions once a fortnight, some take it weekly (the most popular!), and some several times throughout the week.
Are your workers legal, properly trained, and insured?
Yes, you can rest assured that all of them have undergone a rigorous selection process as well as in-person training. On top of that, we conduct regular checks and frequent upskilling to ensure our cleaners are top-notch in quality. We also have full workplace insurance and medical insurance coverage for all our HSS cleaners. All of them hold proper permits from the Singapore Government.
For home cleaning, do I need to provide the cleaning tools?
Unlike others, we do NOT require you to provide your own cleaning tools. We have many types of cleaning tools sets available, depending on your type of cleaning session booked.
For general maintenance or weekly home cleaning, we can actually arrange our standard set of cleaning equipment, which are all brand-new, and deliver them to your residence. You can keep the tools and supplies for your future usage. Whenever it needs topping up, let us know and we will get it done for you. Less hassle, and more relaxation for our homeowners!
For deep cleaning, like post-tenancy cleaning, or specialized cleaning, our dedicated cleaning crew will bring their own tool sets. These cleaning tools often have special functions, such as the steam extraction machine, industrial-grade wet and dry vacuum, ladders, and so on. The team will arrive with the tools and leave with them. You can just rest on your couch, meanwhile!
Lastly, if you’d like to save money on the home cleaning, you CAN also provide your own tools. We encourage this for the regular and general weekly cleaning bookings. However, we do not encourage this for deep and special cleaning requests.
Many of our regular customers engaging weekly residential cleaning services get our helpers to use their own home tools. This way, you save on the cleaning tools fee, and only pay for the cleaner at $22 per hour!
Can I get both cleaning and babysitting services?
Yes, of course you can! We have had clients who require regular cleaners cleaning their house on the weekends, and also engage babysitters to help bring kids to school and take care of them after school. Our helpers can also handle some cooking, ironing and laundry for you.
